Food is one of the key components to healthy living for all, as such, it’s a specialist area in its own right which is why we’ve partnered with registered nutritionist Jordan Fagbola to deliver you the best service possible.
Entry Package

Medium Package
6 Weeks
- Same as Entry plus an initial in depth dietary assessment
- Twice a week check-in via phone/video call
- Supplement recommendations (if necessary)
- Dietary assessment every fortnight (if tracking)
- Body Comp Assessment each 6 weeks (dependent on location and following my ISAK qualification)
Premium Package
6 Weeks
- Same as Medium package plus every/other day check in via phone/video call
- Meals mapped out (if requested)
- Assisted shopping trips (location dependent, could be via FaceTime also)
- Physiological testing (When equipment is purchased, sweat testing and metabolism assessment)

Online and Hybrid Coaching
One to One online personal coaching direct with Wayne. Train from anywhere in the world live and direct over Zoom.
Hybrid training is for those who want a bit of both worlds and can get to our home venue in Manchester UK.
Like any of our training, we work with equipment to achieve the best results. We require a few pieces of general equipment, but where any of the below are not available, we can provide bodyweight sessions only as an alternative:
A mat (Yoga mats are ideal), resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, space to exercise (living room or garden) and a tablet or smartphone to download the Zoom app.
