Q1. Can you get my son/daughter into a professional club academy?

A1. No we cannot. We will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee anything.

Q2. What should my child wear to the sessions?

A2. Their club training kit, and a pair of running shoes.

Q3. Do my sessions expire?

A3: Yes, we give all packages of sessions & support an additional 3 months to allow for holidays, sickness, injuries etc.

Q4. Can I pay with cash?

A4: No, we take card payment (via PayPal & Stripe) and bank transfer – all details are on our invoices (if you’re purchasing a package) or available on our xxx page.

Q5. Can I book semi-private sessions so my child can train with their friend or sibling?

A5: Yes, this can be arranged – drop us a line at or give us a call on 0161

Q6. Can I book pay-as-you-go sessions?

A6: Yes, if you’d like to ‘try out’ our sessions out before purchasing a package of sessions and support.

Q7. Do I have to give notice to cancel a session?

A7: Yes, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session, all one 2 one sessions will be marked in our systems as ‘Didnotshow’ where a customer fails to provide the required notice. 

Q8. If I book on a class and don’t turn up, can the fee be carried forward to another booking?

A8: No. We can not carry forward any classes.


Wayne has been working with Josh for a couple of years. Initially for fitness and then to help with other issues Josh was experiencing; due to his difficult background. Following discussions, with school, regarding Josh’s behavior problems and depression, it was suggested that a mentor may help. Knowing Wayne well, he was the first person we thought of.

Wayne built a relationship with Josh and became not just his trainer, but his mentor and friend; someone Josh felt confident to talk to. Whilst working on his fitness, which was individually tailored to Josh’s interests, Wayne worked on Josh’s behavior problems, confidence and issues with body image. Without realising it, Josh was working not only on his fitness but also his mental health and wellbeing.

Since working with Wayne, Josh has shown massive improvements, both at home and school. Josh’s self-worth and confidence have grown. His concentration, behavior and application, at school, has been recognised and praised; leading to improved work and grades.

Wayne has given Josh guidance about choices in life and on how to make the right ones. He has taught him to have self-belief, and now Josh is positively thoughtful of his dreams and aspirations for the future.
