There are some questions that every athlete or parent wants to know, so we have tried to save you time and answer some of the most commonly asked questions below:

Can you get my son/daughter into a professional club academy?

No we can’t guarantee anything, but we will help where we can.

What should I or my child wear to the sessions?

Their club training kit, and a pair of running shoes or football boots if outside.

Do my sessions expire?

Yes, we give all packages of sessions and support an additional three months to allow for holidays, sickness, injuries etc.

Can I pay with cash?

No, we take card payment (via PayPal & Stripe) and bank transfer – all details are on our invoices (if you’re purchasing a package) or available on our package page: https://richardsonsport.co.uk/what-we-do/

Can I book semi-private sessions so my child can train with their friend or sibling?

Yes, this can be arranged – contact Emma Hughes at emma@richardsonsport.co.uk or give us a call on 0161 465 1726

Can I book pay-as-you-go sessions?

You can try our sessions out before purchasing a package of sessions and support.

Do I have to give notice to cancel a session?

Yes, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session, all 1-2-1 sessions will be marked in our systems as ‘Did not show’ where a customer fails to provide the required notice.

If I buy a package of sessions, do I still pay for the Assessment session?

Yes, packages do not include the Assessment session.
