As co-founder of Richardson Sport with Wayne, I am responsible for the smooth running of the business’ ‘back office’. I look after our website, the on-boarding of new athletes, as well as developing our range of bespoke packages for professional athletes and their agents’ marketing and events. I also ensure that the day-to-day business administration is up to speed.
