All of our coaching packages aim to help you become match fit. We provide sports mentoring to help you build your mental fitness as well as your physical fitness. With our League 1, Premier, and Championship packages, Wayne will use video analysis to detail the progress and changes made during the package duration.
Yes, we ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session, all 1-2-1 sessions will be marked in our systems as ‘Did not show’ where a customer fails to provide the required notice.
We try where possible to keep athletes at the same time & day every week. We also understand that ‘life happens’ and there will be times when we might ask you to change for one reason or another and that you may need to change at some point.
If you want/need to take a break from our training sessions you may do so by agreement in writing. We can not hold your appointment time or guarantee that after your break you will be able to come back to the same day/time and you may have to wait until we have space again or we may offer you an alternative coach.

You can try our sessions out before purchasing a package of sessions and support.
Yes, we give all packages of sessions and support an additional three months to allow for holidays, sickness, injuries etc.
No, we take card payment (via PayPal & Stripe) and bank transfer – all details are on our invoices (if you’re purchasing a package) or available on our package page: https://richardsonsport.co.uk/what-we-do/
Yes, payment plans are as follows
League 2 (Bronze package) 2 x consecutive payments of £300
All other packages require a 30% deposit with the remaining balance split over 3-4 payments.
Yes, packages do not include the Assessment session.
Outside of our sessions, there may be things that you and your athlete need help with. Our team are on hand to answer your questions by email/WhatsApp etc. Depending on the package you have we may also book a call to discuss what you’re dealing with.
An example of this is when a club releases your child in our experience parents need support to help deal with the fallout. What to do next etc.
